TJ’s Puzzle Fun

Puzzle Fun is the first in a long line of apps released for the iPhone and iPad by children education company TJ and Pals. TJ and Pal's parent company came to us with a collection of videos they had created for an ambitious new web based Adobe Flash project. They wanted help brainstorming the best way to integrate their company branding and videos on the iOS platform. The appSTUDIO development team reviewed the material at the clients disposal and came up with the idea to turn the video files into a puzzle game with a video reward.

The client explained the target audience and appSTUDIO set out to do real world testing on the app to make sure that kids of the right age would find the game challenging but not overly complex or impossible to solve. The real world testing proved to be invaluable giving our developers the exact information they needed to adjust the game play to match the target audience.

Puzzle Fun is currently in review by Apple and soon will be available for download on the iTunes App Store.
